If an unfortunate incident happens you can follow these three simple steps to contact KLAER:

1. Call 911

2.Once emergency personnel arrives, the on-scene Incident Commander can contact the
State Emergency Management Duty Officer at (800) 255-2587 to deploy the KLAER team.

3. If the incident occurs on your private property, you may call the State Emergency
Management Officer directly at (800) 255-2587 and request the Deployment of KLAER.
